A competition is a group of separate leagues that all run the same ruleset and roll their results up into one combined standing. Think of it as a season-long tournament made of many small leagues: each league plays on its own, but a competition-wide leaderboard shows how everyone stacks up across the whole field. Competitions are how Real Odds Parlay scales a single format out to dozens or hundreds of players without cramming them all into one league.
Every competition starts from one league that defines the rules — a seed league. From that seed, additional leagues are created that share the same settings (its competition grouping), so every league in the competition plays by identical rules. Because fairness across the group depends on those rules matching exactly, cloned leagues in a competition can't diverge from the seed's ruleset. Creating a competition seed league is available to owners on a paid plan (Emerging and up); public competitions and templates are created by administrators. Each competition has a lobby — a read-only overview of the whole competition. At the top it shows the competition's name, whether it's public or private, who created it, when it started, and how many leagues it contains. Below that you'll find the template league it was built from, a grid of every member league (with each league's owner and player count), and the two standings described next.
The main table ranks every player across all the leagues in the competition together. For each player it shows win percentage, Units, wins, losses, pushes, plays, current streak, championships, and an overall performance score used to order the table. It's the single place to see who's leading the entire competition, not just one league.
A second panel, Your stats in this competition, pulls out your own line from that table — your rank, win percentage, Units, record, streak, and championships — so you can track your standing at a glance without hunting for yourself in a long list.
You reach a competition lobby from a competition you're part of. Opening the lobby counts as a premium query against your daily allowance, so on the free plan there's a limit to how many times a day you can load it; paid plans have much higher allowances.
