Your Account & Billing

The My Account page is the one place that gathers everything about your account: your subscription, how you're billed, your notification channels, your personal details, and account security. This guide walks through each part.

Subscription Overview

At the top you'll see your current plan, its monthly price, your renewal date, and status. If you've scheduled a downgrade, a banner notes which plan you're moving to and when it takes effect. For what each plan actually includes, see Subscription Plans.

Changing Your Plan

Change Plan opens the plan-selection page, where every plan is laid out with its limits and your current one highlighted. From there:

Charges are shown before you confirm, subscriptions renew monthly, and you can cancel at any time. (Demo/bot accounts can't subscribe.)

Canceling

Cancel Subscription takes you to a confirmation page showing your current plan and renewal date before you confirm. Canceling stops future renewals; your history stays intact.

Payment Methods

Your saved cards live on the Payment Methods page, listed by brand, last four digits, and expiration. You can add a card, set which one is the default, or remove one. Checkout always charges your default card — and if you don't have one saved yet, it will prompt you to add a card before you can complete a purchase.

Notification Channels

This is where you turn email notifications on or off; a Send Test Email button lets you confirm they're arriving. Which specific events you're notified about is set separately — see Notifications & Preferences.

SMS is coming soon.

Text-message notifications and SMS credits appear in your account as "coming soon" and aren't available during the beta. Email is the live notification channel for now.

The Age Question

Registration asks how old you are. Adults (18+) get the full platform; teens (13–17) get accounts with age-appropriate leagues — the walls are enforced by the server, not the menu. If you're under 13, you don't register at all: kids play through league join codes with no account, no email, and nothing collected (see For Parents & Teachers). Kid identities can never be converted into email accounts — that door is closed on our side by design.

Personal Info

Here you can fill in your name and mailing address, mark yourself eligible for prize shipping, and pick a t-shirt size — the details we'd need if you win something. None of it affects gameplay.

Account & Security

Change Password updates your login credentials. Delete Account permanently removes your account. Paid accounts also get a billing area with links to update the payment method and review billing events.

Remember to use the Save buttons — personal info and preferences each save from their own section.
