Bug Reports & Support Chat

Found something broken, confusing, or missing? The tracker page is where you report it and talk with the support team about it — no email required, and no need to leave the site.

Filing an Issue

From the tracker page, fill in a short summary and a details field describing what happened. Alongside that, choose three classifiers: a request type (Bug, Enhancement, or Question), a priority (Low, Normal, or High — how urgent it is to you), and a severity (Minor, Normal, Important, or Critical — how badly it affects the platform). These help support triage what comes in, but don't worry too much about getting them exactly right; support can adjust them after the fact.

Tracking Status

Every issue you file moves through a status: New, In Progress, Resolved, Reopened, Closed, or Duplicate. Your reported issues list on the tracker page always shows the current status next to each one. If you'd rather not have to check back, tick "email me when one of my issues changes status" under Notifications and save — you'll get an email any time support moves one of your issues to a new status.

Talking With Support

Each issue has its own conversation thread. Click "view conversation" next to any of your reported issues to open it — you'll see every message exchanged so far, in order, labeled "You" or "Support," along with a reply box at the bottom. Replying keeps you in that same thread, so a back-and-forth with support stays attached to the original issue instead of scattering across separate reports.

Duplicate Issues

If support marks your issue as a duplicate of another one, the tracker page will show you a read-only view of the original issue it was merged into, including its current status, so you can follow along with the report that's actually being worked.

A Note on Response Time

ROP's support tracker is self-hosted and small — there's no round-the-clock team behind it, just people who read every issue that comes in. Clear summaries and accurate severity ratings genuinely help things move faster.
