NFL Pick'em Guide

NFL Pick'em is a league type built around the whole week's NFL schedule instead of a single day's Board. If your league is set up as a Pick'em league, your dashboard's play button says make picks instead of generate play, and it takes you to a Pick'em board rather than a daily play.

The Weekly Board

When you open your Pick'em board, you'll see every NFL game scheduled for that week, along with each game's kickoff time (shown in your league's configured timezone), the away and home teams, and a pick control for each game. Unlike daily leagues, there's no "regenerate" or randomized subset here — everyone in the league sees the same full schedule.

Save As You Go

You don't have to fill out the whole board in one sitting. Make a few picks, hit Save State, and come back later to finish or change your mind — right up until a given game's kickoff. Each pick locks independently the moment its game starts, whether or not you've touched the rest of the board. A locked pick is shown grayed out and can no longer be changed.

Submitting Your Board

How many picks you need before you can submit depends on your league's game mode:

All Required leagues need every game on the board picked before the Submit Board button appears — there's a live counter showing how many you've made versus how many are needed. Other modes only require at least one pick before you can submit; you're free to skip games you don't have a read on.

Once a board is submitted, it's locked in for grading and no further changes are possible, even for games that haven't kicked off yet.

Scoring

Pick'em scores the same way a straight play does: +1 Unit for a correct pick, –1 for an incorrect one, no odds or multipliers involved. There's no parlay chaining within a Pick'em board — each game is graded independently and added to your league total once the whole board resolves.

How It's Different From Daily Play

The core mechanics — Units, leaderboards, grading — are identical to every other league on ROP. What changes is the rhythm: instead of a fresh play generated each day, you get one board per week that you can revisit as many times as you like before kickoff locks each piece of it.
